These rotis will be very soft and tastes great with curry than chutney.
Ingredients

Rice flour - 2 cups
Water - 4 1/2 cups
Salt
Method
1. Boil water in a vessel with salt.
2. Put rice flour into boiling water and do not disturb it. In medium flame, let it cook for about 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes, mix it well as shown in picture 1. keep it aside until it cools down.
4. Once it cools, knead it well such that no lumps are present. Do not add extra water.
5. Make balls of big lemon size. The batter stucks to your hand while making balls :) do not worry.
6. Take a prepared ball, roll it in maida/Refined flour and flatten it into discs like chapati using rolling pin. While making it into discs, use maida sufficiently so that it should not stick to rolling pin. Do not roll it too thin.
6. Roast two sides of it using heated tawa as shown in picture 2.
Roti ready !!!
