In most of the South Indian hotes, you find this Set Dosa served along with Saagu and Chutney. This will be soft to eat and tasty too.
When you are very hungry and outside the house, choose Set Dosa to eat. It well make your stomach feel full with satisfaction.

Ingredients
White rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Split Pigeon pea/ Toor dal / Thogari bele - 1/4 cup
Split green Gram - 1/4 cup
Bengal Gram - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 1/2 cup
Method
1. Wash all the above together and soak them together in 2 1/2 cup of water for about 3 to 4 hours.
2. Then grind it to fine paste without adding any extra water and keep aside for 6 to 7 hours (for Fermentation).
3. Heat tawa, pour a scoop of batter from 1/2 feet height and cover with the lid. After 15 seconds, take off the lid, spread Butter/Ghee/Oil on top of it and make it upside down.
Both the sides should be very well roasted and should be in honey color as shown in picture.
Once both sides are roasted, it is ready to be served with saagu and Coconut chutney.
