Tomato chutney

Ingredients
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1/4 part
Red dry chilly - 1 ( I used Guntur chilly which is very hot in taste so used only one. You can vary it according to your taste.)
Salt
Oil - 3 to 4 spoon
Mustard - 1/2 spoon
Urad dal/Split black gram - 1/4 spoon
Bengal gram - 1/4 spoon

Method
1. Put Urad dal and bengal gram to heated oil in a pan and fry. When color changes, add mustard seeds.

2. When mustard splutters, add chopped Tomato, Onion, Salt and red chilly. Fry until all water content of Onion and Tomato dries up as shown in picture 1.

3. Allow it to cool. Then grind it either coarsely or to fine paste.

Tomato chutney is ready !!!!
