Pudinabath/Mint rice version 2

Previously I had posted the 1st version of recipe of Mint rice. Here I am with the 2nd version.

Ingredients
================
Cooked rice - 5 small cups
Pudina/Mint leaves - a fistful
Onion - 1
Tomato -1
Green chilley -2
Oil - 1/4 cup
Mustard - 1 spoon
Turmeric - a pinch
Garlic - 1 full ( 10 to 15 cloves)
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt

Method
====================
1. Cook the rice and keep it aside.

2. Grind ginger, garlic, green chilley, tomato and Mint leaves together. You will get a fine paste.

3. In a pan, put 1/4 cup of oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering, add finely chopped onion and turmeric. Fry until onion changes its color.

4. Now add Mint paste to the above as shown in picture 1. Fry until all the water content dries away and raw smell of Mint vanishes as shown in picture 2.

5. Now add salt and cooked rice. Mix it well.

 Mint rice is ready !!
