Radish/Moolangi Curry

This goes well with white rice. Try it..

Ingredients
Radish/Moolangi - 3
Split green gram/Hasuru bele - 3 big spoons
Chopped coriander leaves - 3 spoons
Green chilly - 3 (Vary as per taste)
Salt
Oil - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Tamarind juice - 2 spoons
Mustard - 1 spoon

Method
1. Soak split green gram in water for about an hour and then drain.

2. Cook chopped Radish and soaked green gram together.

3. In a kadai, put mustard seeds into heated oil. When it splutters add chopped green chilly and fry for a second. Then add cooked vegetable, turmeric powder, tamarind juice and salt. Let it be on low flame for one or two second.

3. Turn off the flame and put chopped coriander leaves on top of it and mix well.

Radish curry is ready !!!!
