Cucumber Raitha

This Cucumber Raitha goes very well with khara pongal or any other rice items. Instead of having raw cucumber, try this.
Ingredients
Green cucumber - 1
Fresh curd - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - a pinch

Method
1. Chop Cucumber into fine pieces.

2. Add it to fresh curd. If curd is too thick, add 3 spoons of water.

3. Add salt and sugar, mix well.

Serve with Khara Pongal.
