This is also an easy recipe. When curd has turned too sour or curd is less and it can not make out for all the people present, you can try this one. So that everybody can enjoy curd rice.
Ingredients

Cooked rice - 4 to 5 cups
Fresh Curd - 2 to 3 cups OR
Sour curd - 1 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 cup of water
Red chilly - 2 to 3 (Vary according to taste)
Salt
Bengal gram - 2 spoon
Mustard - 1 spoon
Onion - 1
Oil - 2 spoon
Chopped Coriander leaves - half cup
Method
===============
1. Allow cooked rice to cool down first.
2. Heat oil in a pan, put Bengal gram. When color changes slightly, add mustard seeds. When it splutters add red chilly pieces and fry for a second.
3. Turn off the flame and add cooled cooked rice, curd, salt, raw finely chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves. Add water if required to make the mixture semi solid.
4. If curd is too sour, you can add either milk or water.
Mosaranna is ready !!!!
