Kiwi juice

Kiwi - when cut into two halves (round shaped), you can see very beautiful layer inside. I don't think any other fruit is as beautiful as Kiwi when cut.
The color of Kiwi pulp is also very attractive. The taste is sourish and sweetish. There are numerous tiny black seeds inside, which are edible. The skin of Kiwi is very thin and spongy.

Ok..I think description is enough :-) now will see how to prepare juice from it.

Ingredients (To prepare 2 glasses of juice)
Kiwi fruit - 1
Sugar - 2 spoons (vary according to your taste)
Water

Method
1. Remove the skin of Kiwi and grind it to fine paste with sugar. Do not add water. After grinding, you get a paste which is bit sticky. Don't worry :-)

2. Now put ground Kiwi into a vessel, add 2 glasses of water and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

3. Now again grind the refrigerated mixture for a second.

Put it into a glass and serve ...that's it. :-)
