Coconut chutney

This is a side dish used along with Dosa,Idli,Roti, Chapathi etc etc....



Ingredients
Grated coconut - 1 cup
salt
Tamarind - 1/4 inch
Sugar - a pinch
Water - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1 spoon
Mustard - 1spoon
Curry leaves - 5 to 6
Chilly ( green or red) - 1 to 2 (Vary according to taste)

Method
Put all together in mixer grinder with water and grind it to fine paste.
Most of the people like it with tadka. So put Mustard seeds in 1 spoon of heated oil, when it splutters add curry leaves and put on top of chutney and mix well.
