Ingredients
Raw rice - 1 medium cup
Water - to cook the rice as per your measurement
Tomato - 2 large
Onion - 1 large
Garlic cloves - 4 to 5
Ginger - less than 1/4 inch
Oil - 4 to 5 spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Red chilly powder - 1 to 2 spoon (as per taste)

Method
1. Cut onions into long thick pieces, finely chop tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When it splutters add garlic and ginger. Fry for a second.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until it is half cooked.
4. Now add onion pieces and turmeric powder. Fry until tomatoes are finely cooked.
5. Add chilly powder, salt, raw rice and water. Cook together.
Tomato bath is ready!!!
