Ingredients

Paper Avalakki - 2 cups
Rava - 2 cups
Chopped Onion - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Salt for taste
Method
===================
Soak Poha in water for 5-10 minutes (Add water till poha gets just immersed). Add Rava, Onion, Coconut and Salt to the soaked Poha and mix well. Do not add extra water.
Then spread a thin layer of the above said mix on a thava and roast both sides.
