Banana roti (Balehannu rotti)


Ingredients

6 fully ripened Bananas (Cavendish preferred)
3 fists of rice flour
1 Tablespoon of Jeera
Salt

Method
=============================
Smash all the bananas into a paste. Add everything listed above. Add bit of water and make a batter such that it is comfortable to spread it on plantain leaf. Then put it on heated thava and roast two sides.
