For this curry, you can select any green leaf vegetable. I have selected green amaranth.
Ingredients

Chopped Green leaf vegetable - 5 to 6 cups
Toor dal/ thogari bele/Pigeon pea - 1 cup
Oil - 1 spoon
Salt
Mustard - 1 spoon
Urad dal - 2 spoon
Chilly powder - 1 spoon
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Method

1. Soak Toor dal in water for an hour.
2. Cook chopped green leaves and dal together with salt. Use little water to cook.
3. In a pan, heat oil, add urad dal. When color changed, add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add cooked vegetable.
4. Add chilly powder and grated coconut and stir well. Keep it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
It is ready....
