Jaggery syrup


This is my favourite. :-) Try this.

Ingredients

Grated Jaggery - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup

Method
==============
Take a bowl full of grated jaggery. Add water and boil until you get vessel full of bubbles. After getting bubbles, boil it for a second. If you don't get bubbles soon (Within a minute you should get), add little more jaggery. Filter it if any dirt is present ( because jaggery contains some dirt particles some times). The jaggery syrup is ready. It goes well with Dosa, Idli, Chapathi etc. If you add a spoon of ghee on top of this, taste will be much more yummy !!!!
