Wheat ( Godhi/Genhu) dosa

This is one of the easiest recipes for breakfast. Usually in south canara district of Karnataka, this is prepared by grinding the whole wheat. But here I have used ready made Wheat flour.
You do not need chutney for this, as it goes very with sugar and ghee, or jaggery syrup.

Ingredients

Wheat flour - 1 cup
water - 1 1/2 cup
salt

Method
======================
In a bowl, put together all the ingredients and mix it well. Stir in such a way that no lumps of flour are present. Then spread it on hot tawa like normal dosa as shwon in first picture. Put a small spoon of ghee on it. Roast both the sides.
Wheat dosa is ready !!! Don't forget to serve hot :-)

This dosa goes well with honey/Jaggery syrup/sugar than Chutney/curry.
