Grated desiccated Coconut (Copra) - 1/2 cup
Red chilly - 6 to 7 (vary asper taste)
Garlic - 15 to 20 cloves
Salt

Method
Note: All the items should be roasted separately and only till it changes the original color.

1. Dry roast Peanuts and when it is warm enough, rub it and remove the outer skin. Keep aside.

2. Dry roast desiccated Coconut and allow it to cool.

3. Chop Garlic and dry roast and allow it to cool.

4. Dry roast red chilly and keep aside for cooling.

5. Once all the items are cooled, mix together adding enough Salt and make it to a fine powder.

Chutney powder ready :-)
Serve with hot rice and ghee/Coconut oil.

Tips: Some people like if Peanuts are coarsely powdered. If you don't want it to be a fine powder, then first grind Red chilly and Garlic together to a fine powder. Then add desiccated Coconut and Peanuts. Again make it a coarse powder.
